Prof. (Dr.) Trilochan Nayak

DR.Trilochan Nayak, M.Com,PGDM,Ph.D (Business Adminstration) is a distinguished professor in the field of Marketing. He has been conferred with his Ph.D degree by Berhampur University. He is also published a patent named "Cheating Detection Device Using Artificial Intelligence from Govt. of India. A commitment to excellence in teaching is the hallmark of his life. His superior academic credentials have put in a status as exemplary and a role model in management He has published many research papers in different magazine of National and International repute. His extraordinary methodology and ability to teach is well accredited. He has participated in various National and international conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops. He is an Editor of the Editorial Board of the Shiv Shakti International Journal in Multidisciplinary and Academic Research (SSIJMAR) ISSN:2278-5973.He is also written a book named as "Dairy Industries in India". His research area covers Consumer behavior, Strategic management, Sales and Distribution management,and Agriculture Marketing. His involvement in Social activities and pro active action plan to save environment are well reckoned in the State of Odisha.

Amita Panda has 8 years of experience in the domain of HR & General Management and is currently working with the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar. She has completed her MBA in HR/Finance specialization and her MCA from IGNOU University. Currently, she is continuing her Ph.D. work at Sri Sri University, Cuttack. She has published articles in many journals in the Scopus index and UGC Care publications. She was called an expert review person in the domain of HR at ICBM Hyderabad. She presented a paper at an International conference at ICBM Hyderabad, where she got the first prize as the best paper presenter in the year 2019 and got second prize in 2022. She has presented many papers at conferences & seminars and attained many FDP and MDP at several universities.

Prof. Ragani Agarwalla

Prof. Ragani Agarwalla is an academician and is a giant in the field of Accounting and Finance. She has been member of Odisha Commerce Association (Life membership of Academic Bodies).Prof. Agarwalla is the recipient of Brilliant Performance Award at National Accounting Talent Search (2011-12). She grabbed credit to her career by performing fantastic in research and publications. She participated and presented many articles and journals in National and International seminars conferences, Fdp's, and webinars.

She has more than 10 years of professional experience with companies likeGenpact in Hyderabad, TIME, Trendz Technology, NIT Institute, Airindia and Make my Trip. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is her forte.She has been playing a substantial role in the better functioning and enhancement of our college's growth and success. A firm believer of God, Suvra loves interacting with new people and has an appetite to learn new things.

Mr. Ajitav Acharya

Prof. Acharya is pursuing Ph.D from the renowned Utkal University. He has obtained his Post-Graduation in Management from Institute of Business & Computer Studies, S'O'A University with specialisation in Finance and Marketing. Prior to joining in this organisation, he was serving in HDFC bank and GITA, Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Biraj Mohan Rath

Prof. Rath has completed his PGDM in 1998 and completed MBA in Personnel Management in 2000. He has nearly about 10 years of experience in teaching at different institutes of the state.

Prof. Manas did his MBA degree from Gandhi Institute of Technical Advancement, Bhubaneswar with Finance & Human Resource as specialization subjects. His areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Employee Legislation, Performance Management & Buisness Law.

She has completed PGDM in the domain of HR. She exhibits her expertise in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. She beliefs in adopting innovative designs in learning pedagogy to promote better student learning and engagement .She has involved herself in training and development and helped student to shape their career.. She is a good presenter and realises her responsibility to execute the message in a way that's captivating. A dynamic professor and stays calm with consistency. Her area of teaching are organisation behaviour and Communicative English.
